Scott's personal career philosophy is:

"I consider myself a business person first.”  My objective as a Human Resources professional is to positively impact the bottom-line of the business by:

  • Strategically focusing on people as the primary source of competitive advantage.  Recruit the very best and then develop them to the fullest extent of their potential.  This will lead to increases in market share and revenues.
  • Operationally delivering a better HR product/service at a better price to the business.  This focus on process improvement (service quality & efficiency) will directly impact the bottom-line via reductions in HR costs.
